Julie Stroscio

Julie graduated from Kings College Hospital London in 1987. After 2 years of working in the NHS, she moved to Canada, where she worked in both local hospitals and her own private practice.

After 10 years, she returned and started working at Hillview, heading our LA Fitness site, until having her daughter. Julie now works two days a week at our Woking and Heather Farm (Prime Acrobatics) sites. Julie feels very much at home at Heather Farm. Being an ex-international gymnast, she can sometimes be found having a play in their amazing gym!

Julie’s young daughter is a keen ice skater. Julie enjoys helping skaters of all ages with injuries and helps ensure they spend their ‘off ice’ time balancing their bodies with conditioning classes and cross training.

Whilst in Canada, Julie became interested in CranioSacral Therapy and continues to follow the Upledger System finding it a useful adjunct to her physiotherapy skills. She is also qualified in Pilates to APPI level1 mat work and very much enjoys helping people achieve their goal for fitness, as well as coping and recovering from their injuries.
