Covid-19 - Face to Face Appointments

Please read the following carefully.

• Shortly after booking your appointment you will be emailed a Covid-19 consent form.

​

• You will receive an email the day before your appointment - to check you, and all members of your household are well.

 

• Upon arrival, please buzz the door or call to say you have arrived. Please then wait in your car or outside the building if you are a pedestrian – we ask that you only arrive 5 minutes before your appointment, to give plenty of time to register your car once you come in to the clinic.

 

• When your physiotherapist’s last patient has left the building and their treatment room has been thoroughly disinfected, you will be invited to enter the clinic.

 

• Upon entering, your temperature will be taken, you will be asked to thoroughly sanitise your hands and put on a face mask provided. ​

 

• We ask that you arrive promptly to your appointment, so as to not to delay other patients sessions.

​

• Only the patient will be allowed entry, unless accompanied by a carer or guardian if under 16.

 

 

May we ask, if at any point, before your appointment, you or any household member develops any Covid -19 symptoms, you notify us immediately.
