Covid-19 - Face to Face Appointments
What to expect when attending the clinic.
We have kept some of our Covid-19 safety protocols in place, not just for your safety, but for ours too.
Please read the following carefully.

Shortly after booking your appointment you will be emailed a Covid-19 consent form.

You will receive an email the day before your appointment - to check you, and all members of your household are well.

Upon arrival, please buzz the door or call to say you have arrived. Please then wait in your car or outside the building if you are a pedestrian – we ask that you only arrive 5 minutes before your appointment, to give plenty of time to register your car once you come in to the clinic.

When your physiotherapist’s last patient has left the building and their treatment room has been thoroughly disinfected, you will be invited to enter the clinic.

Upon entering, your temperature will be taken, you will be asked to thoroughly sanitise your hands and put on a face mask provided.

We ask that you arrive promptly to your appointment, so as to not to delay other patients sessions.

Only the patient will be allowed entry, unless accompanied by a carer or guardian if under 16.
May we ask, if at any point, before your appointment, you or any household member develops any Covid -19 symptoms, you notify us immediately.
