SportFit Strength and Conditioning class

Guided by experienced Physiotherapists who can individualise your programme to suit your needs.

This class is designed to increase physical strength through weight-bearing and resistance exercise. It also incorporates Cardio Interval Training with energetic exercises including a variety of low impact aerobics and strengthening.

It is the ideal way to get fit, prevent injury, recover from surgery and to pursue a more active lifestyle. 

Held on Wednesday 19.30 - 20.30 at Woking Sportsbox.
