Kaira earned her Bachelor of Science in Sports Rehabilitation from St. Mary's University, Twickenham in 2023. During her academic journey, she gained practical experience by completing numerous placement hours with rugby clubs, providing massage therapy and exercise prescription. She also attained the Rugby Football Union's Level 2 Pre-Hospital Immediate Care in Sport (PHICIS) certification, which equipped her to recognise and manage immediate life and limb threatening injuries.

After graduating, Kaira worked as the first team physiotherapist for Abbey Rangers. She then expanded her expertise by joining a private chiropractic clinic, where she assisted in treating patients. Additionally, Kaira has contributed her skills to the women's England Rugby 7s team, offering sports massage, and has provided pitch-side care at a Rosslyn Park rugby tournament.

Kaira's deep fascination with the human body and its mechanisms motivated her to pursue a career in sports rehabilitation. Her passion for helping others and her commitment to the field enable her to assist individuals in recovering from injuries and resuming their daily activities and hobbies.
